General provisions

1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties and other related provisions.

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.

1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer pays the required amount for the purchased goods.

Protection of personal data

2.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer the information messages necessary for the ordering of the goods would be sent to the e-mail address.

2.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State institution in the cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

Buyer 's rights and obligations.

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and accept them.

3.2 Provide complete, complete, and correct information to the Seller. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false, or misleading data, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.

3.2. If the Buyer's data provided to the Seller changes, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller.

3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in Paragraph 8 of these Rules.

3.4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Rights and obligations of the seller.

4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the provided services.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of the Buyer's personal information and will not pass it on to third parties.

4.3. The Seller may, in the event of material circumstances, suspend or terminate the operation of the Website without prior notice to the Buyer.

4.4. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.

Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.

Delivery of goods.

6.1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6.3. The goods are delivered to the Buyer using DPD couriers to home and DPD Pick-up post machines, Omniva post machines, LP Express couriers to home and post machines.

6.4. The goods are delivered to the Buyer within 1-3 working days after payment.

6.5. In Lithuania, goods are delivered within 1-3 working days. Delivery times abroad vary, please contact us in person for delivery times.

6.7. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in a damaged package, if the consignment receives unordered goods or their incorrect quantity, the goods are incomplete.

6.8. Buyer must email provide the Seller with photos of the damaged parcel and / or item (s) by mail.

6.9. If the goods are returned to the Seller due to the Buyer's fault with an incorrect or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the Seller without removing it from the post office during the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the re-dispatch costs return costs. If the buyer refuses to re-accept the shipment (i.e., request a refund for the goods), the money for the shipment will not be refunded to the buyer.

10.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. All disputes arising out of the application of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
